This meatsuit simulator offers a 4 to 5 day a week lifting program with specific fitness algorithm to help you build the most aesthetic physique while tailoring to your needs of bulking while minimising fat gains or cutting while maintaining muscle mass and strength

This service offer Includes:

  • Nutritional Guidance: Macronutrient setting and advice on food choices

  • Personalised Training Program:

  • Weekly Check-ins: 1 designated check-in day with your coach where we will adjust macro-nutrients and any other necessary components to help you meet your goals

  • On-going communication: You will have access to communicate with your coach throughout the week

  • Form and Technique Review

  • Stretching Routine

Due to being occupied with both meditation and fitness coaching this service has limited space.
