Nutritional Guidance: Macronutrient setting and advice on food choices
Personalised Training Program:
Weekly Check-ins: 1 designated check-in day with your coach where we will adjust macro-nutrients and any other necessary components to help you meet your goals
On-going communication: You will have access to communicate with your coach throughout the week
