Use the reductionist approach; strip away the idealistic and the conceptual layer of her being and deal only in the biological reality.

For example, every time you think about her, think of her personality and body as nothing but bundles of neurons and electric signals, sweat glands, bone marrows and hair. Visualize her DNA structure and the smell of her gastric acid. Analyze the inner workings of her organs and the content of her defecation. Focus on her various odors, her hidden cavities, and the colonies of bacterias on the surface of her skin, and etc…and realize that is all she really is.
