The Simplest Definition of “Ego”

The simplest definition of "ego" is the resistance to what IS.

That's it!

The awakened is simply someone who has completely lost the ability to resist the What-IS. That's all! But see the tricky part is before you completely erase all lines, gaps, separation, and vantage points, it's impossible to truly experience the What-IS.

If you're lying down on your sofa thinking "Oh, I'm surrendering to the What-Is now brah! There's nothing to do!", but if you're still perceiving from a center, if you're still trying to be aware of Awareness, if there is still an inside vs. outside, if there's still a controller/thinker/hearer/seer/feeler, then there's still resistance, contraction, and conditionings! It's that subtle!

Full Natty IS-ness is nothing more than the manifestation of Divinity, which is a vastly different "state" than trying to let go from the separated state.

So it doesn't matter how many thoughts and feels you have, or even how "arrogant" you seem, or any of the attributes one usually associates with "ego", if there is absolutely 0 resistance, in a sense it could be said that there is no "ego" present.

See woke kunts don't know how to be humble in the same way it is impossible for them to be arrogant because the two are exactly the same thing. Deliberately trying to be humble is nothing more than superiority and pride twisting and masquerading itself so others can perceive you as the "humble one", the "saint"...

You know the image of #Jesus being crucified on the cross? That's exactly the gesture of completely letting go and surrendering to be absorbed into the Infinite in the present moment, as the total acceptance of one's own mortality right now IS Eternity, IS LOVE.

So if you aren't feeling like Jesus during the "Do Nothing Meditation", you're doing it wrong hahaha

There will be a point on your journey when even a single sensation or thought that isn't totally aligned with IS-ness and the Natural Flow of the Cosmo will cause you great pain and suffering. If you know what I'm talking about, CONGRATS!

"Resistance is inevitable... but do not resist resistance".

Surrender everything, then surrender even to surrendering.
