Why Awakening is a “biological” transformation
Almost everyone in the spiritual community got this awakening business backward! Although ultimately the _________ transcends both spiritualism or materialism, the process of enlightenment, on the relative level, is almost a purely "biological" and "physical" process.
The only reason why you don't viscerally feel like you're the whole universe right now is because of the blockages in your physical and experiential structure. THAT'S IT!
All separation is "physical".
This is why body scanning is one of the most potent techniques.
Even the "lens of perception" and self-referential thoughts are the contraction of raw sensations and congealed energy.
If you shred your body from solidity to liquid to smoke to air, you will abide in the "Godhead" permanently. End of story. And every "particle" of your being, every micro-expression you make is perfected and connected to Nature, pulled by the Infinite like a puppet made of smoke with no strings attached.
No amount of contemplation about the Nature of #Reality or #Consciousness will wake you up. They are good middlemen. Ground for the mind to stand on to eventually dissolve, but ultimately there is nothing to understand (if you told me this when I was in my God Consciousness phase I would call you insane lol).
Too many people are mentally masturbating instead of treating the thing like fitness.
You wanna know if someone actually made gains? Don't ask them what they know. Simply watch how they bounce spontaneously like animals.
Only by "physically" dissolving every spec of solidity and peeling the layers and layers of conditionings and traumas, which are stored inside the body can you truly be liberated.
This is why so many people who go to #Goenka retreats, without knowing anything about chakras or spirituality experience "Kundalini awakenings" where their consciousness explodes to the universe, which is nothing more than the by-product of the release of solidity and conditionings.
This is why every time I go through a shift, I wake up in the morning, and it's as if someone replaced my body with a new one. And this meatsuit looks younger now than 5 or 6 years ago.
After you enter the _____, you'll see that even "being" is an illusion (being presupposes becoming, which presupposes time and space.
Both are stuff of the mind: "Levels of Awakening/Consciousness", "Brahman", "Awareness of awareness", "Emptiness", all "Realizations" "Insights", and experiences are the projections of the mind from the levels of the dream.
Sure you can still access all levels of consciousness. But no State is more preferable than any other state. All is a video game within the dreamscape.
But the process of "awakening" is as concrete as any other natural phenomenon. But mysterious and mystical as Nature itself.
It's a state that transcends both the humans and gods. Your moment-to-moment experience becomes something like the cosmic octopus alien from Arrival.
