This service provides weekly Skype meetings including a 30 min to a hour long guided meditation session, with Q&A before or/and after, along with access to regular communication via email for additional advice and services during the week for evaluation, analyses and areas of improvements in regards to your practice.

Meditation is for everyone, whether your goal is happiness independent of conditioning, finding out what you are at the deepest level, improve mind-muscle connection, to sculpt the brain, upgrade the mind or a full blown Awakening that will permanently alter your experience and perception of self and Reality. Think of it like fitness, but for Consciousness, with techniques varying from basic mindfulness, Vipassana, noting, do-nothing meditation, self-inquiry, Dzogchen, contemplation, accessing Jhanas and samadhi that can be just as, if not more powerful than psychedelics trips NATTY. I will be your Contemplative Fitness AI and a friend who can guide you and motivate you along the way.
